Most of you are familiar with the story of Made. This was one of our first two stories, our goal for which is to raise money to buy him a boat, so he can fish and tend to his seaweed crop. Almost eight months after the inception of Rosa Loves, we are seeing the end of this story. On June 16th our good friend Eric Hires (who brought us the story of Made) will be returning to the Indonesian island of Nusa Lebongan. He is going to see his Made, spend time with him and his family, and fish with him... in his new boat!

That's right - fishing with Made in Made's boat - which he will purchase in Bali with the money raised from the sale of Made's shirt! He will be traveling again with the organization Surfing the Nations.

If you bought Made's shirt (there are still a few left), then you've contributed directly to the purchase of his boat, and we now invite you to play another part in his story. We want to show Made that no single person did this for him. We want him to know that hundreds of people around the world read his story and were moved to buy his shirt - so we're going to give him a photo album! We'd love for you to be a part of this album, so if you have a Made shirt, please email a high-res photo (JPEG) of you in your Made shirt to stories@rosaloves.com. If you feel further inclined, include a couple of sentences of why you bought his shirt. Eric will have an interpreter with him so a few of these will be shared with Made.

We will be selective about the photos, and we must have all photos to be considered by June 14th, 12:00AM EST. We reserve the right to use any photos submitted for any other purpose at any time, nothing scandalous of course!

Eric will also be creating a blog soon, and will be documenting his trip. When this is available we will post a link to it on the Rosa Loves website.
